Voucher terms & conditions
The following terms & conditions apply to all vouchers issued by SYMPOSIUM coffee house, online or from one of our locations. For additional T&Cs applicable to Supper by the Seaside or Afternoon Tea vouchers, see the relevant sections below.
- Orders for gift vouchers will be processed within 24 hours and an email voucher sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14-day statutory cancellation period.
- Reservations are subject to availability and we accept no liability if we are unable to fulfil your booking before the expiry of the voucher. We advise booking well in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly if you are interested in a specific date.
- Any expenditure over the value of the voucher must be settled at the time the bill is issued.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a booking risk forfeiting your voucher (with the exception of extenuating circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic).
- Group bookings must only be made in accordance with the latest COVID-19 guidance. We withhold the right to reschedule or cancel bookings if the guidance changes between the time of booking and the booked time. For the latest guidance, visit the Scottish Government website.
- Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
- Images used on our website, social media channels and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
Afternoon Tea Vouchers
Afternoon tea vouchers are redeemable for our set afternoon tea menu at SYMPOSIUM coffee house, The Lido, Peterhead only. Menu is subject to change.
Specific dietary requirements must be made known at the time of booking.
Advanced booking required. Call The Lido on 01779 239264 to book and quote your voucher code at the time of booking.
Supper by the Seaside Vouchers
Supper by the Seaside vouchers are redeemable for our set afternoon tea menu at SYMPOSIUM coffee house, The Lido, Peterhead only. Voucher is not transferrable under any circumstances. Menu is subject to change.
No change will be given if the value of the voucher is not used in its entirety in a single sitting.

Returns
Unredeemed vouchers may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price to the debit or credit card account used for the purchase by contacting SYMPOSIUM coffee house on info@symposium.coffee.
