It’s the 26th of April 2021, which means the day we’ve all been waiting on is finally here: we’re opening our coffee houses for sit-in!
We know many of our customers are just as excited as we are, so we thought we’d run you through the procedures we’ve put in place to keep our team & customers safe.
Our safety procedures for this next phase
1. Face masks required
Face masks need to be worn while you’re visiting us (unless you are exempt). This includes:
- When ordering
- When collecting cutlery
- When walking around (including going to the loo!)
Of course, you’re welcome to remove your mask while seated at your table, but it should be worn at all other times.
2. Max. of 6 people to a table
In accordance with current guidelines, a maximum of 6 people from a maximum of 2 households will be allowed at each table.
3. Observe 1-metre social distancing
Our coffee houses will be operating as 1-metre social distancing zones. We’ll be asking you to observe social distancing guidelines at all times.
4. Remember to check-in
Everyone above the age of 12 at your table should check in. All the information you’ll need will be at the till or on your table. It’s really easy to do, and our friendly team will be happy to assist if needed.
5. Help us reduce queues by using our click & collect service
You can still make use of our click & collect service while you’re sitting in! This helps us reduce queues and maintain social distancing in-store. Just select your location, place your order as usual and we’ll get it ready for you!
SYMPOSIUM is open for sit-in!
We can’t thank everyone enough for their kind consideration of other customers and our team! We’re so excited to welcome everyone back. If you have any questions about our safety procedures, or anything else related to this next phase, get in touch!
See you soon!
