SYMPOSIUM coffee house was established in 2005 as a family-owned business and remains owned and managed by its founder, Paul Haggath. Through consistent leadership and a long-term approach to growth, the business has expanded over the past two decades and now operates seven locations across Aberdeenshire, with one additional site in Moray. Today, SYMPOSIUM employs more than 50 team members and is known for it’s people-focused culture, responsible business practices, and commitment to doing business well. These foundations have supported sustainable growth and continue to guide the organisation’s direction and decision-making.
